Heads up! Our current billing software will be down next week from Wednesday, August 27th through Friday, August 29th as we prepare to go LIVE with our new system, Edmunds! 🎉
This downtime is necessary for Edmunds to pull the final information needed to complete the transition. During this time, we’ll be operating the old-fashioned way — pen and paper — so we appreciate your patience and understanding!
📌 A few key things to note:
This will be our last month using Invoice Cloud.
If you pay your bill online, don’t worry — a new online payment option will be available.
With the new system, you’ll also be able to pay by credit card at City Hall!
We’re hopeful these changes will improve your experience, but please bear with us as we learn the ropes. More details will be shared in the coming week!

When the water comes back on there will be a 48-hour boil advisory just for that area. This will only affect 11 houses. We wanted to give you enough notice so you could make arrangements if need be. The 400 Block of East Park will be closed for three (3) hours on Saturday, July 19th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for the Van-Far Family Fun Day being held at Tri-County Park.
Water main break at 602 N Lindell. Locates are called in and the crew is trying to isolate the leak.
The water should be back on. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 no more water breaks. Thank you to the water crews for fixing the water breaks and watching the water pressure around the clock.
