For the billing month of January, with the temperature being below freezing, the water readings were estimated. We did try to catch all HIGH readings, but I am sure some passed through. If your bill was much higher than normal, please contact city hall and we will try to correct the bill. Most bill should balance out in the next month's billing. If the estimate was high, next month's bill should be lower. If your estimate was low, your next bill will be higher. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
