Vandalia has a
Family Aquatic Center thanks to the support of the voters in the April 2006 election. The new facility which opened June 26, 2007, features a zero depth entry, shallow play areas, slides, diving, lap lanes, and a new bathhouse.
Directions to the Aquatic Center: Coming into Vandalia from the west on Highway 54, turn right on Main Street. (If you are coming from the east on Highway 54, turn left on Main Street). Continue to follow Main Street across the railroad tracks. Continue on four blocks and turn left on East Union Street. Go several blocks and turn left on South Highland Street. The Aquatic Center is on your left. Look for the brightly colored umbrellas and the pelican!

**Swimming Lessons**
will be offered at the
Vandalia Family Aquatic Center
June 28th-July 1st
Four lessons will be given, one and one-half hour each,
9:45 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.,
Monday through Thursday.
Cost for the session will be $25.00.
Initial class size is limited to 30 students, minimum age 3 years.
Registration must be completed and payment made in advance by Thursday, June 24th at the Aquatic Center.
